Refund Policy

We want you to be happy with your order from JIIVAN, but if something isn’t quite right, let us know!

Returns

  • You must notify us that you would like to return your item within 14 days and send them back to us within the additional 14 days time frame.
  • You must be willing to pay for the payment of postage for the returning item. We are unable to cover the postage costs of returning items.
  • We recommend that you use a recorded method of delivery to post items back to us to ensure the item does not go missing in transit. In the event that this does happen, we cannot be held responsible.
  • In order to qualify for a refund, items being returned must be in perfect condition and undamaged, with its original packaging. Once we have received your items, your refund will be processed within 10 working days. The refund will be credited to the same card or payment method you used when placing the order. You will be notified via email once it has been processed.
  • Please note: we do not refund the shipping cost of your order.

To start a return, please contact us at customer@jiivan.co.uk with your order number and we will send you instructions on where and how to return your items.

Cancellations

  • We cannot accept cancellations after 3 hours of placing your order. If you wish to cancel after this time, you will have to follow the returns procedure detailed above.

Exchanges

  • Exchanges can be made for another style or colour, depending on stock availability. For exchanges, please follow the returns process above and drop us an email at customer@jiivan.co.uk where we can assist you further.

Faulty Items

  • Once you receive your order, please inspect your items and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item.
  • We will require photographic evidence within 7 days of receiving the order. This is so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
  • All items returned as faulty will be first inspected and if deemed to be damaged or faulty will then be either replaced, exchanged or refunded (as per the request).
  • An item will only be accepted as faulty or damaged if the goods are damaged when they are delivered to the customer. Any item displaying damage as a result of wear and tear will not be accepted as faulty.
  • If there are any damages or you have received a faulty item, please contact us at customer@jiivan.co.uk as soon as possible so that we can provide you with the best solution.
